Rosemary Barton

Rosemary was elected to the Assembly in 2016 to represent Fermanagh and South Tyrone. She is the Ulster Unionist Party spokesperson on Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs and had previously been a Councillor on Fermanagh and Omagh District Council Prior to politics Rosemary was Head of a Mathematics Department in a school in Co. Fermanagh, from where she entered politics in 2011.


She was a former president of the Ulster Teacher's Union and worked with CCEA as an Examiner for a number of years.
