"Continued changes to the welfare system over recent years have done nothing but create confusion, frustration and despair amongst our most vulnerable.

"Those in receipt of disability benefits deserve a stability and level of support that allows them to live lives without that constant fear and challenge.

"The Government should review the decisions announced today, making a commitment that any legislative changes do not negatively impact on those who face daily challenges that are unimaginable to most of us."
