Join us for an evening of good food, music and great company at the GOLI Grand Master’s Gala Dinner on Friday 16 October 2026 at the Silverbirch Hotel, Omagh, Co. Tyrone.
The evening begins with a drinks reception at 7pm, followed by a three-course dinner at 7.45pm. Enjoy music from the Sgt. White Memorial Flute Band, with live entertainment bringing the evening to a close.
An auction and fundraising draw will support Dementia NI, this year’s Grand Master’s chosen charity.
On the menu
Starter
Vegetable soup served with a bread roll.
Main course
Roast turkey and honey-baked ham, served with herbed stuffing, gravy, cranberry sauce and the chef’s selection of potatoes and vegetables.
Dessert
A trio of desserts: the chef’s choice of three mini desserts.
Tea and coffee to follow.

Tickets are £60 per person. Come along on your own or bring a guest — select two tickets for £120. A maximum of two tickets can be booked at a time, with just 10 tickets available through this page.
