McCallister welcomes £60m health care investment in the West.

John McAllisterJohn McCallister MLA has welcomed the announcement that £60m is being invested in health care in Fermanagh and Tyrone over the next three years by Health Minister Michael McGimpsey.

Part of a £570m investment programme which will be introduced over the next 10 years it will include a new acute hospital in Fermanagh, a general hospital in Omagh, along with a mental health in-patient unit and a health centre.

Commenting on the investment Mr McCallister said: "This is good news from the Minister of Health. This will be of huge benefit the people of Fermanagh and Tyrone and also highlights the fact that our Ulster Unionist Party Health Minister is once again delivering for the people of Northern Ireland."
