Nicholson welcomes resumption of pork processing

Welcoming the resumption of pork processing in Northern Ireland today, Ulster Unionist Party MEP Jim Nicholson said,

"This is good news for everyone and people can now resume eating pork products with confidence.

I only hope that the pork processors can clear the backlog as quickly as possible as Christmas is a tough time of year at the best of times."
